It is gorgeous hotel, I loved its brand-new rooms and knowledgeable staff.

There's hair in some areas.

Loved how delightful the property was and its courteous staff from check-in to check-out. Central location just off GOOD RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS, quaint shops, Fussen, it was in a beautiful area. Everything was simply great.

Every detail was very clean and I loved it. Efficient and hospitable staff members from check-in to check-out.

The room was spotless with a comfortable bed and had a safe, central heating, iron and ironing board.

The breakfast was tasty with yoghurt, extra egg dishes plus fruit and exceptional stuff. Beautiful location, a short walk to Reptilienzoo Allgau.

Location and staff are very good, and the hotel is kept clean.

Fairly clean hotel, appreciated to be so close to the center and train station thanks to unbeatable location. Our room had a very comfy bed and an exceptionally good view.

I liked that it was clean and quirky, the staff were fine and rooms were warm. The hotel had an easy location short walk from Alter Friedhof. Great restaurant an easy walk to the property.

Great place to stay, fairly clean, everything was perfect. Booked a room with particularly good views of the mountains. The venue was in a central location near to restaurants and the castles and the historic old town. Theresienbruecke Bridge was also near the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Exceptionally welcoming staff and residential location. Trendy and air-conditioned room with luxury bathroom. The breakfast had plenty of options: pastries, scrambled eggs and bacon.

Such a very nice experience. We loved the hotel, it was cozy and had perfect location near Fussen, downtown, Fuessen old town. They served outstanding food for breakfast, which was savoury.

Helpful service, active staff, awesome breakfast. A queen room was decently priced and I loved it. Pool was good and there was a top-notch restaurant on site. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a history museum.

Stay here was outstanding, I didn't feel like leaving. Professionalism of hotel staff. The bedrooms were nice large.

Caring staff, exceptionally large rooms and location was exceptional. Big beds, coffee, climate control and very fast internet were a nice touch. The atmosphere created here was elegant. Fast check-in, late check-out.

The hotel appeared to be simple and I liked staff and rooms. The gardens were beautiful here. Furthermore, free wifi was a great addition.

Wonderful location with cozy rooms. The perfect service and the attention to detail were stand outs! And really close to the old town and Rottenbuch church and Neuschwanstein too...

I liked the historic-style building and my recently renovated room. The hotel was in a glorious location, just a walk down to a market and stores. Again, it had Stadtbrunnen close by. Super comfy beds, central heating, a seating area and a writing table in the room. Generally service was impeccable too.

The breakfast was satisfactory, the room was pretty spacious and tastefully decorated.

The stuff there was helpful, the location was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and generally offer an electronic key card, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a seating area😃👍

adjacent to neuschwanstein, 5 minutes' walk to fuessen train station. morning meal food was delicious.
